Second Planning Session of the IOC-WMO-UNEP Committee
for the Global Ocean Observing System (GOOS)
Washington D.C., 16-17 May 1996

 

The session was held at the Holiday Inn-Bethesda. It was preceeded by a one day workshop organized by NOAA on "Socio-economic dimensions of GOOS" held at the same location on May 15 . Most of the participants to the I-GOOS Session attended this workshop.
